Loresha G. Phillips
Founder and Executive Director
Native of Hampton, VA, graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a BS in Business Management and a MS in Adult Education, Real Estate Agent, 13 years of teaching experience, wife and mother of four children. Loresha has had a lifelong passion to advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, assault and domestic violence. She believes we must break the silence and start talking about the issue so that we can change society's attitude and response towards it in a positive way.
Robert Phillips IV
Co-Founder and Advocacy Director
Native of Brooklyn, NY, over ten years of sales experience and twelve years of banking experience, Life Coach, husband and father of four children. Robert was a key factor in the healing that took place in his wife's life. He believes that many individuals have a difficult time understanding and relating to survivors of sexual abuse. His passion is to help survivors rebuild healthy relationships after experiencing sexual abuse or assault, or a traumatic experience.
1987 graduate of PSI Technical Institute of Washington in Software Engineering with more than twenty years of executive management and sales experience, managing Partner/Broker In-Charge at Triangle First Realty.
Jim Crawford Sr.
Board Vice-Chair and Treasurer
IBM Development Engineer and currently a Technical Program manager. Served as Trustee at several local churches. A family man married with three children.
